The Index

The Global Convergence Index monitors 8 simultaneous vectors of global instability — seismic, war, food, disease, weather, civil unrest, VIX, and GDACS — and synthesizes them into a single weighted master score updated daily from NODE: ALPHA-7.

The GCI Project is an independent, open-source intelligence initiative built around a single question: what does the convergence of global instability signals tell us about where the world is heading?

Built on a Flask/MySQL stack running live on NODE: ALPHA-7, the Global Convergence Index aggregates real-time data from USGS, NOAA, NewsData.io, FAO, GDACS, and CBOE into a unified daily score — with a validated historical backfill stretching back to 2016.

The project draws on the Olivet Discourse framework from Matthew 24, treating geopolitical volatility as a measurable, trackable phenomenon rather than abstract prophecy. Data-driven. Peer-review bound. Anchored in faith.
